Richard van Kruysdijk

Since 2010, Richard composes and creates music for modern dance pieces. He mixes, produces and plays all music himself, except in a few collaborations. He also performs the music live on stage regularly, playing a variety of instruments.

​

His colourful work juxtaposes elements of electronic dance music, musique concrete and ambient. With his dadaistic "audio-collages", Richard seeks to create an intrinsic logic that not only supports the dance, but also adds another layer to the performances.

​
